We fully comply with data protection and civil law regulations. This Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal data when you use Rising11 platform.

We only collect personal data necessary for providing and processing our services or data that you voluntarily provide to us.

Personal data refers to all information that contains individual details about personal or factual circumstances, such as name, address, email address, phone number, date of birth, age, gender, social security number, video recordings, photos, voice recordings, and biometric data.


2. Right to Information and Deletion

As a customer, business partner, or data subject, you have the right to request information about your stored personal data, including its origin, recipients, and the purpose of processing. You also have the right to request correction, data transfer, objection, restriction of processing, as well as blocking or deletion of incorrect or unlawfully processed data. If your personal data changes, we kindly ask you to inform us accordingly.

You have the right to withdraw your consent for the use of your personal data at any time. Requests for information, deletion, correction, objection, and/or data transfer can be sent to the contact details provided in Section 10 of this Privacy Policy.

If you believe that our processing of your personal data violates applicable data protection laws or that your data protection rights have been violated in any other way, you have the right to file a complaint with the relevant data protection authority. In Austria, this is the Austrian Data Protection Authority (Datenschutzbehörde).
